The Investment

Qualified DapperTails franchise candidates must possess sufficient liquid assets to cover the initial investment and be prepared for ongoing business expenses, including operational, technology, and marketing costs. Additionally, they should demonstrate financial stability to ensure long-term success in their franchise venture.
Initial Investment
- Total Initial Investment Range: $103,500 – $242,000 for a single unit
- Franchise Fee: One-time $50,000 fee included in the initial investment
Operational Expenses
While costs may vary based on location and individual business strategies, franchisees should anticipate expenses related to:
- Payroll
- Fuel and vehicle maintenance
- Insurance
- Supply restocking
- Local marketing initiatives
Ongoing Financial Commitment
This covers ongoing support training, marketing guidance, operational coaching, and access to our ever-evolving systems and tech.
- Royalty Fee: 7% of gross annual revenue
- Optional Call Center Service: Available for additional support
Marketing and Fund Contribution
2% of gross revenue pooled into a national and regional brand fund that fuels awareness campaigns, digital ads and brand initiatives to help drive business to you.
Technology Fee
The technology fee includes a dedicated business phone number and email, a fully pre programmed CRM system, an exclusive franchise Zors app, a customer facing app with online booking and smart scheduling, live groomer tracking, and a branded website connected to the system. Ongoing software updates and platform improvements are included.

Service Member Savings
We proudly honor the dedication and sacrifice of our military personnel. All honorably discharged veterans of the United States armed forces, as well as active National Guard and Reserve members, are eligible for a $5,000 discount off the franchise fee.

Professional Groomer Discount
We value the expertise of experienced groomers and want to support their transition into franchise ownership. Professional groomers with three or more years of demonstrable experience qualify for a substantial $10,000 discount off the franchise fee.

Front Line Appreciation Discount
To recognize the invaluable contributions of our community heroes, we offer a $5,000 reduction on the franchise fee for:
- Law enforcement officers (having had at least five years’ experience)
- Firefighters (having had at least five years’ experience)
- Paramedics and EMTs (having had at least five years’ experience)
- Licensed medical professionals
- Licensed veterinarians
